Małgorzata Radziszewska an expert in the field of disability and accessibility. A graduate of the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw in the field of social policy and postgraduate studies at the Center for European Regional and Local Studies at the University of Warsaw. 

For 26 years, an employee of the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled People - currently as the Head of the Information and Analytical Department at the Accessibility Department. Acts as the Accessibility Coordinator at PFRON. For many years she has been involved in programs and projects supporting people with disabilities. 

She participated in the work on documents, including: 

- Strategy for People with Disabilities, 

- Social project of the de-institutionalization strategy, 

- The Act on Providing Accessibility to People with Special Needs, 

- The Government Accessibility Plus Program. 

Author of many guides and guide materials for people with disabilities. 

Social activist - represents a non-governmental organization in: 

- Industry Social Dialogue Commission for housing and protection of tenants' rights - in the years 2019-2021 a member of the presidium, 

 - The Industry Social Dialogue Commission for Disability, where first of all - it deals with the issue of specialized door-to-door transport, 

- Committee of Experts for People with Disabilities at the Human Rights Defender, member, 

- Accessibility Partnership.
